From flat material to 3D artwork

PVC hard foam sheets can not only be used as signs, but also offer endless possibilities. A visitor stool for the office? Our Tex-Rex as a figure? A trophy after our darts tournament? Everything is possible by first printing the plates, then milling them and then sticking them together. However, it is particularly important to create the file so that the plug-in connections fit together precisely.

Place and hang up PVC hard foam sheets

When we have an important customer on the phone, discuss strategies together in marketing or have a job interview in the conference room, we need peace and quiet. This is exactly why we have printed “Do not disturb” signs from our five millimetre PVC hard foam sheets, which we then simply place in front of the doors.

Signs such as ‘Eyelets’, ‘Dispatch’, ‘Welding’ and ‘Cutter III’ hang from the ceilings in our production hall. This helps our TEXperts to orientate themselves and quickly find the various work areas and machines.

We created an underwater world at the Oberlausitzer Karrieretage 2023, which is a job fair. There, we hung a PVC hard foam sheet printed on both sides with an octopus motif on the truss, which had a particularly sophisticated cut contour.
