An Overview
TEXSIB has always developed and changed a lot. In the last two years, two completely new departments have even been created.
As in (almost) every print shop, there is the sales and customer service department, prepress, printing, manufacturing and purchasing. We also have reception and the in-house service department. The IT and Marketing departments are new additions.
Differences
Each department has different goals, processes and managers. This is why team leadership differs from one department to another. Each manager brings his or her own personal touch, and the team members also influence this.
Similarities
There are three major similarities across all departments. Vision, mission and the values practised in the company run through all departments. In addition, every team works with a strong customer focus.
An Honest Interest in People
TEXSIB is a medium-sized company with around 80 employees. An important aspect is an honest interest in people. Not just in customers, but in every single team member.
If you work at TEXSIB, you will be seen. Your work is important and you contribute significantly. Your opinion is valued, and you can always make suggestions for improvement and innovation. Of course, it is also important to address critical points.
