That’s You:
- Active sourcing professional: You are the first point of contact when it comes to active sourcing. You know exactly how to approach the best talents and identify the perfect channels to attract top talents – both online and offline.
- Networker: You have no trouble building a strong network of top talents and inspiring them to join our company.
- Team player: It’s very important to you that all talents are in good hands and have an excellent first approach. Pass those top talents on to our personnel officer at lightning speed.
What You Need to Bring:
- You identify with our values and our visionary mission and want to actively contribute to them.
- You are used to working with KPIs and are able to actively help define them for your area.
- You are an empathetic and communicative networker who can inspire people.
- You have the ability to assert yourself and consistently track goals.
